WTSDA Black Belt Practice Exam

This tests your recall of when the World Tang Soo Do Association held its charter convention and formally established its governing structure. The charter convention took place on November 13-14, 1982, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That session is noted as the event that organized the association under a single umbrella. The other dates listed don’t match this historical record: for example, November 9, 1945 is far earlier than the organization existed, and the other two options describe different times or places not associated with the charter convention.
